In May 1990, Al Masaood Energy engaged into a 51-49% Joint-Venture agreement with Furmanite Corporation. A new registered company was then established under the name of Furmanite UAE Limited, in order to serve UAE and Oman territories.
In December 1999, Al Masaood sealed an acquisition deal of Furmanite’s shares becoming a 100% ownership holder for the company.
