Al Masaood Energy’s Project & Advanced Technology Solutions Department got recognized by ADNOC Onshore with maximum score of “100% - Excellent” as part of its supplier performance evaluation, under the Rental of Running Tools for Downhole Equipment & Completion category : Scraper-While-Drilling (SWD).
The Scraper-While-Drilling is a new technology contracted by Al Masaood Energy through its strategic partner Churchill-Coretrax with ADNOC Onshore for all operating fields since 2021, and which allows to save up to 2 to 3 rig days per well.
During the course of the 3 year-contract, related jobs were successfully delivered without Non-Productive Time (NPT) during drilling operations.
